Public Consultation Concluded
This summer Tide presented their proposal for the redevelopment of 13-19 The Green to become student accommodation. The proposal seeks to bring forward a mix of generous student amenity spaces, a 24-hour reception and improvements to the public realm surrounding the site.
The application has now been submitted to the Ealing Council's planning department.

In July 2024, Tide held a public consultation at Southall Community College for residents to view and comment on the proposals. In total we spoke to seven people and had one feedback form completed. No online feedback forms had been submitted before the application was submitted.
