Welcome to the first newsletter for 13-19 The Green, Southall, which will keep you updated on the progress of this development. This new 23 storey building will provide 424-bed student accommodation with associated public realm improvements for the wider public to enjoy.
Tide Construction is pleased to say construction work is starting in October 2025.
The planning application for the scheme was approved earlier this year. We also held a public consultation event on Tuesday 16 July regarding the proposals.
The construction works will commence on site shortly. The first phase of the works will involve piling and ground works before moving to the above ground works in 2026.
The works are expected to complete on time for students to move into their new accommodation in August 2027.
