Welcome to the May newsletter for 13-19 The Green, Southall, which will keep you updated on the progress of this development. This new 23 storey building will provide 424-bed student accommodation with associated public realm improvements for the wider public to enjoy.
The plans were approved by Ealing Council in July 2025, and work on site began in October 2025.
The concrete structure for the stairs and lifts is being constructed. The basement and ground floor concrete slabs have been poured, and we will be progressing our concrete slabs up to level 3. The tower crane on site will be extended twice over the next 7 weeks increasing the height of the tower crane.
The works are expected to complete on time for students to move into their new accommodation in August 2027.
