We are proposing to redevelop a brownfield site at 13-19 The Green to deliver 424 new student beds. The site is closely bordered by The Green to the west, Hortus Road to the south and the A3005 to the north.
In close proximity to Southall railway station, 13-19 The Green will form part of the new cluster of high-density buildings at this local transport hub.
The arrival of the Elizabeth line to Southall means that students in the building will be a short commute from their campuses across London, while the presence of new students will help to invigorate local shops and services.

The site falls within the Southall Opportunity Area Planning Framework (SOAPF) and is located in between the Gateway Character Area and The Green Character Area.
The site is surrounded by new and emerging developments, the largest of which is on the site of the old gasworks. The majority of these schemes are residential alongside some mixed-use development.
With a commitment to sustainable construction methods and high quality design, our proposals will make a strong contribution to Southall’s thriving future.
